In the historic city of Kyoto, Hiramatsu aims to use traditional techniques to create authentic French cuisine which makes full use of the natural flavors of the ingredients used. The chef is Yasushi Kobayashi, one of the elite young chefs who honed his skills at Hiramatsu. With so many items created with bright flavors and featuring the tastes of the seasons, the menu is filled with choices which are simply delicious. The wine selection is carefully chosen exclusively from French wines, with 120 – 150 varieties regularly available.
“”Restaurant Hiramatsu Kodaiji”” has the main dining area, 2 private rooms*, and a party salon for up to 80 guests, facilitating its use for weddings. This is an authentic restaurant which can imbue a sense of grown-up luxury to any manner of special occasion.
