Vegetables are sourced from contract- farmers such as Farmers in Yatsushiro, Kumamoto and other parts of Kyushu. The seafood is Shimazaki fresh fish sourced from the Karatsu Market in Saga Prefecture, the chef personally applies a technique to provide them in the best condition. Beef used is Japanese black wagyu beef. All of these materials are sourced from suppliers who have built a strong relationship with the chef and his staffs, and they made dishes that bring out the flavors of each ingredient. There are always 150 kinds of wine available, mainly French, and they also serve wine from the Ajimu Winery.

The restaurant’s interior has a warm, modern atmosphere created by blending stone and wood in the theme of nature. It is a spacious establishment where customers can make reservations for parties and weddings. There are many fans who travel from outside the prefecture and abroad, fascinated by not only the ingredients Kyushu has to offer, but also the food Chef Konishi creates.
