Sophisticated cuisine and hospitality in the New York style
The most distinctive feature of the menu is the sirloin steak of the finest Satsuma Wagyu beef, which is served at the beginning of each course. I want people to eat it when they are most hungry, says Chef Tominaga. Other dishes include canapés made with seasonal ingredients, and the chef’s original dishes created with Japanese culinary techniques and a New York sensibility using an abundance of freshly picked local vegetables from Ohara and Tanba in Kyoto, all of which can be enjoyed only here.
We are also happy to offer private parties.
They can accommodate parties of about 10 people for anniversaries, farewell parties, etc., depending on the purpose of the event.
